Editors of Educational Review and the International Journal of Social Pedagogy will give insights into publishing work, explore common pitfalls, and give tips on getting your research published in a prestigious education journal, answering audience questions at the end of the event.
This online event will be particularly useful for researchers and practitioners interested in publishing their own research in an international education journal, especially those with less experience of the publishing process.
Sit with the Editor seminar series
The ‘Sit with the Editor’ series provides a series of relaxed, face to face and online forums for the research community to engage with editors from prestigious journals. Editors help clarify the policies and processes behind publishing, give an insight into the publication, demystify the submissions process, and offer advice for prospective authors.
The series aims to support researchers in making steps towards publishing their work in an educational journal. It has a particular remit to support researchers from the Global South, researchers with English as a second or other language, and early career researchers.
This online event will be particularly useful for researchers and practitioners interested in publishing their own research in an international education journal, especially those with less experience of the publishing process.
