Join UK aid’s flagship disability inclusion consortium initiative – Inclusive Futures – for the first of three education webinars focusing on finding and enrolling children with disabilities in schools. Annie Hans, disability inclusive development coordinator for Humanity & Inclusion, will join Ian Attfield, Senior Education Advisor for FCDO, and Pramila Neupane, Chief Executive of the Autism Care Chitwan Society, and others, to discuss what Inclusive Futures has learned from using government-run identification campaigns to increase numbers of children with disabilities enrolled in mainstream schools in Nepal.
In this three-part summer lunchtime learning series, Inclusive Futures will focus on each of its recently launched education resources – developed to provide donors, NGOs, and national and local government actors with guidance on how to achieve inclusion within existing education sector plans and policies. Each session will last 45 minutes – perfect for enjoying over your lunch break or between meetings!
