Submit your abstract for BALID symposium on Adult Literacy

BALID invites submissions to a proposed symposium which offers examples of innovative approaches to adult literacy and address the impact of institutional frameworks that enable or inhibit literacy learning. BALID intends to propose this symposium for the 2018 BAICE conference in September 2018 at the University of York.

Please send a 150 word abstract of your proposed presentation to juliet.mccaffery@gmail.com or M.Paluch@sussex.ac.uk by 12 January 2018 (with apologies for the short notice but deadline for conference submissions is 1st February).

Paper presentations will be limited to 15 minutes with additional time for discussion.
