 ncluded the nearly 260 million children who were out of school. COVID-19

 ed by Save the Children and ONE on the eve of the summit will bring togeth
 er governments\, civil society partners\, and young people to examine the 
 impact of the pandemic on learning\, good practice in realising quality fo
 undational learning outcomes\, and why addressing the global education fin
