 R HERE\nProviding equal access to education for refugees is a challenge ac
 ross all school levels\, and especially in higher education where only 3% 
 of refugees are enrolled. The UN Refugee Agency (UNHCR) has set an ambitio
 us target to ensure that 15% of young refugee women and men are enrolled i
 n higher education by 2030. This would have many benefits not only for ref
 ugees\, but for host countries and their education systems.\nWhat can host
  countries and their higher education institutions do to facilitate access
  for refugees? How can barriers such as language\, credential recognition\
 , and costs and financing be addressed? What new challenges has COVID-19 c
 reated for refugees?\nJoin the next Strategic Debate on 13 April 2021 from
