 e development of early mathematics skills are a predictor of later school 
 success and financial well being. Despite this evidence\, numeracy outcome
 s are far lower than they should be in many low- and middle-income context
 s. The Numeracy at Scale study is the second phase of the Learning at Scal
 e research study and focuses on identifying the characteristics of success
 ful programs from around the world that have improved early grade numeracy
  outcomes at scale. \nIn this online event\, representatives from the six
