 ere\nThe annual UN Climate Change Conference (Conference of the Parties\, 
 or COP) is a meeting of delegates from around the world to negotiate globa
 l goals for tackling climate change\, present country plans for contributi
 ng to those goals\, and report on their progress. This event aims to refle
 ct on the implications of COP27 for universities and explore how the Clima
 te-U (Transforming Universities for a Changing Climate) project can contri
 bute to climate action as a result.\nResearchers involved with CEID (Centr
 e for Education and International Development\, UCL\, UK) will be in conve
 rsation with international partners in Brazil\, Fiji\, India\, Jamaica\, K
 enya\, Morocco\, and Tanzania to engage with different dimensions of the c
 ontributions of higher education to the climate crisis.\nThe event is open
  to all those with an interest in the issues under discussion. The event i
 s free to attend\, but registration on Eventbrite is required for room boo
 king and catering purposes. When booking\, please specify through your tic
 ket whether in-person or online. Refreshments and lunch will be provided f
