 world\, growing attention is being paid to inclusive education and to ensu
 ring that no learner is left behind. Yet inclusion within the education wo
 rkforce remains critically under-addressed—particularly when it comes to
  teachers with disabilities. As countries push forward with efforts to tra
 nsform education systems\, workforce representation must be part of the ag
 enda.\nThis webinar will launch the Learning Generation Initiative’s lat
 est research synthesis exploring the experiences of teachers with disabili
 ties and the barriers they face across the professional lifecycle—from r
 ecruitment to deployment\, retention\, and progression. The paper highligh
 ts teacher voices\, shares promising practices\, and practical recommendat
 ions for how national education systems can better support and include tea
 chers with disabilities.\nFunded by the What Works Hub for Global Educatio
 n (WWHGE)\, the research places teacher voices at the centre of the conver
 sation\, offering perspectives from low- and middle-income countries.
