 stinian youth in Palestine/Israel by giving them the tools &amp\; skills n
 eeded to become change-makers. They do this through their Scholarship Prog
 ramme which provides educational\, cultural &amp\; capacity development. T
 hey also partner with grassroots civil society organisations that work in 
 education &amp\; culture to increase their impact &amp\; sustainability in
  order to empower Palestinian youth.\nFriends of Birzeit University (Fobzu
 ) is a UK registered charity founded in 1978\, championing the right to ed
 ucation for Palestinians under occupation and in exile. Through scholarshi
 ps\, fellowships\, and advocacy\, they work to promote Palestinian access 
 to education and its role in the creation of a free and flourishing Palest
 ine.\nThe War on Palestinian Education is a webinar event to discuss how t
 he war in Gaza has also been an attack on Palestinian education. The webin
 ar will be chaired by Professor Arathi Sriprakash\, who is Professor of So
 ciology and Education at the University of Oxford and author of "Learning 
 Whiteness: Education and the Settler Colonial State". Her research explore
 s reparations and reparative justice in education.\nSPEAKERS:\nAdi Mansour
 : Adi holds an LLB in Law and BA in political science from Tel Aviv Univer
 sity. During his studies\, he served as a teaching and research assistant.
  He is also a founding member and activist of the Haifa Youth Movement\, a
 nd he served as the head of “Almuntada” – the Arab Law Students Foru
 m\, Tel Aviv University. Upon completing his studies\, Adi clerked in the 
 national public defender's office in the field of criminal and administrat
 ive law. Adi joined Adalah as a staff attorney in 2021\, where he works in
  the Civil and Political Rights Unit.\nSundos Hammad: Sundos is the coordi
 nator of the Right to Education Campaign at Birzeit University\, and human
  rights activist\, holds a Master Degree in International studies and inte
 rested in Social justice and Academic freedom.\nSaleem Lubbad: Saleem is a
  full-time physicist and a doctorate candidate at the University of Oxford
 \, working on the development of Nuclear Fusion Energy. He has worked on s
 everal academic initiatives with Palestinian universities\, such as the Ox
 Pal Medical Link and the Oxford Jesus College Gaza Scholarship. Saleem is 
 an Arabic language poet\, writer\, voice-over artist\, and TV presenter. H
 is interests span Arabic literature\, modern science and technology\, the 
 history of science\, and Islamic art. He has worked on various museum cura
 tion and media production projects\, produced and presented a science show
  for Al-Araby TV\, and often pens columns for several newspapers in the Mi
 ddle East.\nDr Samia Al-Botmeh: Samia is a lecturer at the economic depart
 ment at Birzeit University and is an activist within the BDS movement.\n&n
