DESCRIPTION:November 09 2021 07:00-08:30am EDT\nThe Global Partnership for 
 Education Knowledge and Innovation Exchange (KIX)\, in partnership with th
 e International Development Research Centre (IDRC) and the Global Partners
 hip for Education (GPE)\, is excited to host the Second Annual KIX Symposi
 um on November 9\, 2021 from 7-8:30sm EDT.  \nAt this event\, KIX will s
 hare updates on progress made in the second year of the initiative and sha
 re information on upcoming priorities. During this event\, KIX will also t
 ake a deep dive into two important education priorities that have emerged 
 throughout the initiative: Early Childhood Education and Teacher Professio
 nal Development. Experts\, policymakers and researchers from across Latin 
 America and the Caribbean and sub-Saharan Africa will present on 1) how th
 ese priorities were identified\, 2) how these priorities are being address
 ed through their research\, and 3) how education stakeholders in GPE partn
 er countries are using the innovations and interventions that are emerging
