  the University of Edinburgh will welcome Dr Jordan Naidoo for a virtual c
 onversation on UNESCO\, the SDGs and global education in the post-2030 wor
 ld.\nAs the inaugural Director for UNESCO’s Division for Education 2030\
 , Jordan Naidoo played a pivotal role in shaping and negotiating the globa
 l education agenda under the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Buildin
 g on his earlier leadership at UNICEF\, where he co-led UN efforts on the 
 post-2015 development agenda\, he was central to the drafting of the Inche
 on Declaration and the Education 2030 Framework for Action\, embedding pri
 nciples of equity\, inclusion\, and lifelong learning into SDG 4.\nDr Naid
 oo will be joined in the conversation by CEID Research Group chair Dr Will
 iam C. Smith. Following their conversations there will time for the audien
 ce to ask additional questions of Dr Naidoo.
