 ing equity and pedagogy in times of global crises.\nThis seminar will expl
 ore how teacher agency shapes the implementation of national education ref
 orms in the Global South\, drawing on evidence from Ethiopia\, Kenya\, Pak
 istan and Tanzania. It will pay particular attention to how teacher agency
  is activated in initial teacher education and how it is realised in diver
 se classroom settings\, focusing particularly on how agency supports equit
