 the Global Partnership for Education Knowledge and Innovation Exchange (GP
 E KIX)\, a joint endeavour with the International Development Research Cen
 tre (IDRC)\, supported 41 applied research projects focused on key challen
 ges facing education systems across the Global South. Eight of these proje
 cts aimed to contextualise and scale innovative approaches to strengthen i
 nclusive early childhood education innovations in GPE partner countries\, 
 including five projects co-financed by the LEGO Foundation.\nThis second w
 ebinar in this series organised by the Early Childhood Development Action 
 Network (ECDAN)\, GPE\, IDRC and the LEGO Foundation follows the first web
 inar held on 6 March\, 2025\, which attracted over 600 participants.\nThe 
 webinar will highlight evidence-based approaches in the following thematic
  areas:\n\n	Scaling and sustainability on ECE in education-sector planning
 \n	ECE partnerships\, community and parental participation\n\nDuring this 
 webinar\, policymakers\, researchers\, and early childhood stakeholders wi
 ll learn about 'what works' across countries and contexts in Africa. Speak
 ers will include representatives from EDCAN\, IDRC\, GPE KIX\, the LEGO Fo
 undation\, UNICEF\, Zambia Open Community Schools\, governments and local
