 holm+50 (2-3 June) is a commemoration\, and a time for bold action and en
 gagement.  It presents an opportunity to reflect\, connect\, accelerate a
 nd scale actions for a better future on a healthy planet with prosperity f
 or all.\nWATCH LIVE  HERE\nThe 2030 Agenda and the continuing Covid-19 cr
 isis have centre-staged again the relationship of human progress and prosp
 erity to a healthy environment. A degraded planet poses limits to wellbein
 g and prosperity\, creating obstacles to a better future. The thought piec
 e “Stockholm+50: a healthy planet for the prosperity of all – our resp
 onsibility\, our opportunity” introduces this global challenge and the o
 pportunities it presents for the upcoming meeting.\nIf we are to enhance t
 he biosphere’s health and reduce our demands\, large-scale changes will 
 be required over the next 10 years\, underpinned by unprecedented levels o
 f fulfilment of commitments\, ambition\, coordinated actions and political
  will. We must recognise the intrinsic value of nature\, create resilience
  and address inequalities\, to achieve prosperity\, rights and dignity for
