  Zoom\nThis webinar is being organised by Education Sub Saharan Africa (ES
 SA) and the African Population and Health Research Center (APHRC) with sup
 port from the International Development Research Centre (IDRC).\nIt will b
 ring together researchers\, policymakers\, practitioners\, funders and aca
 demic leaders to explore how education research in Africa can become more 
 locally owned\, inclusive\, and relevant to policy and practice. Drawing o
 n recent evidence synthesis by APHRC and ESSA\, as well as emerging empiri
 cal and country-level experiences\, the session will examine key barriers\
 , promising reform pathways\, and practical actions needed to strengthen A
 frican education research systems.\nParticipants will gain insights into t
 he challenges shaping research production and use across the continent\, e
 ngage with examples from different contexts\, and contribute to dialogue o
 n how to better connect evidence with action for greater equity and inclus
 ion in education.
