 toring guides and complement RTE’s online monitoring guide and associate
 d indicators selection tool\, which provide step-by-step guidance to monit
 or education issues from a human rights perspective.\nThis new guide focus
 es on ECCE. It has been designed to explain and facilitate the monitoring 
 and reporting process. It is a practical tool for those advocating to ensu
 re young children’s right to ECCE is guaranteed\, respected and implemen
 ted. It include a set of human rights indicators linked to ECCE-related pr
 ovisions enshrined in international human rights law. It provides guidance
  to monitor specific dimensions of ECCE or ECCE in specific contexts.\nThe
  online launch will include a presentation of key features of the ECCE mon
 itoring guide by RTE team and comments from ECCE experts and practitioners
  on the usefulness of the guide for various audience\, followed by a Q&amp
