 nal Rescue Committee\, will host an interactive panel on the role of educa
 tors in Literacy Teaching and Learning on September 10th at 8:00 AM Easter
 n Time. This panel of experts will share their experience promoting innova
 tive teaching pedagogies to transform literacy education\, adopting effect
 ive methods and models for enhancing teaching practices\, and observations
  on other crucial factors needed to create an “enabling environment” f
 or effective literacy instruction. USAID will be invited to open the event
 \, and several international and local NGOs with an interest in literacy e
 ducation are expected to attend.
