 aining programmes\, like those implemented in Afghanistan\, have transform
 ed the lives of vulnerable communities. With a focus on literacy as a key 
 enabler\, the discussion will highlight how equipping individuals with bot
 h practical skills and fundamental education enhances employability\, busi
 ness management\, and social integration. Join us to learn about the impac
 t of vocational literacy and engage in a thought-provoking discussion on i
 ts relevance and sustainability.\nPresenter: Mohammad Ali Soroosh\, develo
 pment and humanitarian practitioner and former Country Director of Help 
 – Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe e.V.\, a Germany based organisation mainly focus
 ed on human capital development in western provinces of Afghanistan throug
 h vocational training\, and current advisor to Organization for Sustainabl
