EdTech and Covid19: Education for Girls, Refugees and Emergencies

Date: 19 Mar 2021
Time: 2:00pm - 3:30pm

Event Type: Webinar

This event will focus on what we have learned about EdTech and education for girls, refugees and emergencies.

Covid-19 has reshaped our world. A year since schools shut their doors we are running a series of events to reflect on the pandemic, school closures and how these lessons can prepare us for an uncertain future.

During the last year the Hub has worked with partners to support the implementation of EdTech and to research the evidence. This event will focus on what we have learned about EdTech and education for girls, refugees and emergencies.

We will begin with a chance to network and meet others working in the community. Then we will hear from our panel, a mix of researchers and implementers working on the front line of their education systems. They will discuss some of the key insights of the last year. Topics will include learning continuity, supporting teachers, psychosocial wellbeing and more.

Finally it will be over to you, we will open the floor for questions, thoughts and ideas from the audience.
