These definitions connect and call on educatio n and memory making about the past in different ways as this panel will ex plore.\nWith a focus on transitional justice\; human rights\; accounting f or past injustices\, including of colonialism\, slavery\, and violent conf lict\; heritage and memory making processes\, our panellists share their e xperiences\, research and questions around justice.\nEdJAM is a collaborat ive international network of researchers\, educators and civil society org anisations working in the arts\, education and heritage. We are committed to creative ways to teach and learn about the violent past in order to bui ld more just futures. EdJAM is a UKRI GCRF funded Network Plus.\nSharing p erspectives from the EdJAM team\, Advisory Board and esteemed guests\, the se events explore the key concepts on which EdJAM is based\, the connectio ns between them and the possibilities for teaching and learning about viol ence and injustice that they open. This even t will be held in Spanish with simultaneous interpretation to English\nMem ories about violence and injustice are multiple\, struggled over and often very different from official narratives of the past that circulate in his tory books and classrooms.
