 sociate Senior Lecturer she taught across the field of social justice and 
 equity in education. Prior to this Kelly was an educational strategist\, p
 rogrammer\, policy maker\, researcher and funder within the charitable sec
 tor. She is currently the Technical Advisor in Education at Plan Internati
 onal UK\, where she leads on the delivery of the organisations internation
 al development education strategy\, programme design\, evaluation and rese
 arch.\n&nbsp\;
