 lobal climate crisis and how it impacts education. Attention will be paid 
 to climate equity and justice as a global concern\, including in the conte
 xt of conflict\, examining what role education can and should play. This s
 ymposium will stimulate debate about the challenge of environmental degrad
 ation that is largely caused by countries in the Global North\, but dispro
 portionately affects those in the Global South. It will identify the role 
 of education in supporting the Sustainable Development Agenda to ensure th
