The Education and Development Forum (UKFIET) provides a proactive forum for universities, government agencies, non-governmental organisations, consultancy groups and professional associations working for education and development internationally to share ideas, knowledge and expertise and is committed to promoting and strengthening international education and development for all, regardless of gender, ethnicity, nationality, and other differences.

The 2023 UKFIET International Conference on Education and Development will draw together representatives from government ministries, academic institutions, NGOs and other individuals from organizations both public and voluntary, commercial and non-commercial with interests or expertise in international education and development issues.  The conference will span 3 days and we expect in excess of 500 delegates on each of the days with an overall delegation of around 650. Additionally, there will be an online audience.

We are pleased to offer the following opportunities, however if you can’t see something that is right for you, we will be happy to discuss ideas of how you may be involved.

Room Sponsorship

The in person element of the conference programme comprises three days, each broken down into four 90 minute sessions.  Room sponsors will have the opportunity to have their company name and logo associated with a room that will potentially be used for three sessions each conference day (the fourth session each day will be a plenary session).

Marquee Sponsorship

The Marquee in the quad provides one of the two service points for lunch and refreshments during the conference.  Additionally, it offers large tables often used by groups as a base and meeting point during the conference day.

Drinks Reception

Host a drinks reception in the Cloisters area of New College to which all conference delegates are invited.  Providing sparkling wine, soft drinks and nibbles on the evening of 12 September.

Exhibition stand space is provided in the main areas where refreshments and lunch are served in an informal atmosphere.  Delegates will circulate during two refreshment breaks and lunchtime, these areas are also open throughout the conference day

Delegate pack insert

Insert a single item into the delegate pack which is provided to all conference delegates.
